I have been training with Coach Rakesh regularly, and I must say his training methods are absolutely perfect. What I truly appreciate is that his workouts are effective not just in the gym, but even without gym equipment. He listen and understand your situation and need to depth, before proceeding further. This is the most important character of a good PT. I was suffering with my ACL TEAR, Mr. Rakesh helped me with Knee rehab exercises and slowly brought back my self confidence. I saw very good results in a month.

I trained with Bharath Kumar for one month. Very knowledgeable and caters the workout to your needs. Explains beyond just the workout done, nutrition info if requested as well. Always keeps the workout interesting, you will never find it boring or repetitive. Rakesh was recommended to me by Sri Avula Narasimha Reddy. I am 83 years old and have severe osteoarthritis of the knees. My Sadguru Maharaj advised me to have physiotherapy instead of Total Knee Replacement. Rakesh is doing physiotherapy from 31-5-2024 six days a week. I find the physiotherapy helpful and useful.
